About Us

The Mission of Caffinators Racing is to:

1. Provide a safe, friendly, and family welcoming environment for junior racers of all ages and abilities.
2. Promote fitness through cycling leading to lifelong healthy living.
3. Provide instruction in cycling technique, etiquette, rules, and sportsmanship to advance the development of racers at all levels.
4. Provide an environment in which racers build friendships with other racers of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
5. Educate racers on cycling advocacy issues related to the environment, trail access and development, community related cycling issues, and charitable causes.
6. Develop youth leadership in racers by:

• Older racers leading by example and demonstrating winning attitudes to their teammates.
• Creating good ambassadors for our sport as well as good community members.
• Providing opportunities for racers to demonstrate leadership during practice and race events.
